Over the last 17 years, we at Horizon have been driven to become the area leader providing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy, pelvic health, balance and vestibular therapy, and an extensive sports medicine program. In doing so, we have established four (4) local clinics providing over 30 specialty programs, and our patients have reported an overall satisfaction rating of 98.6%. We are very proud of the breadth of services we provide and the depth of knowledge and passion with which we provide them.
Living here for over 20 years on Hilton Head Island, my family and I are proud to call this area our home. In addition, we are privileged to serve this community through our work at Horizon.
