We take a moment this April to acknowledge the valuable contributions of our occupational therapists at Horizon Rehabilitation. Occupational Therapy Month is a time to celebrate the hard work and dedication of these specialized therapists who play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process.
Occupational therapists work closely with patients who are injured, ill, or disabled to help them achieve their goals and engage fully in their daily lives. Unlike other therapies, occupational therapy takes a holistic approach, which emphasizes adapting the environment and tasks to fit the individual, and recognizes the patient as an integral member of the therapy team.

We offer a variety of specialized physical and occupational therapy services in the Lowcountry where you can get help from our trusted and expert therapists. In most cases, no physician referral is needed.
