Welcome Horizon’s New Speech Therapist

Horizon welcomes Angela Hammond to our family of specialized Lowcountry therapists. Angela brings over 30 years of experience as a Speech & Language Pathologist trained to address a variety of ages, disorders, and treatment approaches.

She moved to the Hilton Head area in 2011 and enjoys kayaking, biking, gardening, and beach combing. Angela has three daughters and her twins are in the health care business; one as a speech pathologist and one as an occupational therapist. Angela’s experiences have included hospitals, outpatient facilities and home health services affording her a well-rounded view of an individual’s needs during their rehabilitation journey.
