Horizon Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine celebrate 17 years in business! It’s hard to believe that we started with a single clinic and just 3 therapists. Since then, Horizon has grown with now 4 offices across Okatie, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island; offering over 30 specialized occupational and physical therapy programs.
Throughout the years, Horizon Rehabilitation has been here to support the community in different charity events and through different organizations, and in turn, you’ve been very supportive.
