Horizon Rehabilitation is excited to welcome Maggie Fagan to our team of professionals. As an Occupational Therapist, Maggie plays a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses that affect their mobility. She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in providing personalized care and effective treatments to help patients regain their strength and confidence.

Maggie graduated from Western Michigan University in the early part of her career she worked in a variety of settings in Washington State and in South Africa where she first started treating traumatic upper extremities injuries. She moved to Hilton Head Island in 1997 and became passionate about working in this area of practice and sought advanced training, qualifying as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2002. She has practiced Hand therapy in the Hilton Head and Bluffton, SC area for more than 25 years.
